Covered by most insurance

Insurance coverage in today's health care environment can be very complex. Most insurance carriers determine the medical necessity for a procedure - NOT you or your physician. Any necessary documentation will be submitted in order to obtain the maximum benefit available for your treatment.

We are familiar with most insurance plans and will be more than happy to submit claims for non-cosmetic treatment on your behalf. Though we will call and check benefits for you prior to treatment, it is always a good idea for you to call as well. Because many variations in contracts and benefit levels exist, not to mention different deductibles and co-pays, it is always a good idea to check your benefit booklet in advance so there are no surprises. Please understand that insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. You will be responsible for any balances remaining once your insurance company has satisfied it's obligation. Finally, please keep in mind that cosmetic spider vein treatment is not a covered benefit with any insurance plan.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For more information about our billing processes, please contact our billing office.

Prior to receiving the VNUS Closure procedure my left leg veins bulged out was itchy and swelled at times near the ankle. It was very nasty looking. I chose the VNUS procedure because my insurance covered the procedure and I was completely informed of what was going to happen. During the procedure I was very relaxed. It took about 3 weeks to feel normal. I was able to walk, do the stairs and drive the same day. The scars are healing and are less noticeable. I am no longer ashamed to wear shorts my legs look a lot better.
